How To Heal Ourselves From Anger?

This first of its series event called "Healing Series – Anger" was hosted by Rosemieen (me) on 11th June 2014 at The Loaf Bangsar Village2. It was was attended by 9 of us, just the nice size for an in-depth discussion group.

My good friend Mr RS who manages the Dynamic NLP Group in meetup.com was experimenting with a new event series called Healing Series. So he invited me to be the host facilitator and speaker for his series since he knows of me as a Healer and Counselor.

I accepted the invitation as I felt that it would also serve and provide a complementary opportunity for my own clients and group members How-To-Heal-Our-Life-SelfDiscover to share and allow me to know them better. It also allowed me to know the NLP group members in more depth and what their issues are about.

I had put out two main stories that we discussed in much detail around the table:

Story 1 - A master in anger over the death of his daughter and confronted for combat. What did he do?
Story 2 - A dad trained his son to overcome anger and looking at it with different view. Anchoring technique & Brainstorming.

The main idea was how should we best respond and how to use anchoring technique in addressing the issue of Anger.

We had open sharing and discussion event where everyone shared something and voiced out his or her opinions on the topic of the event. Then as it progressed, one by one, we started sharing around the table. Soon, the discussion got exciting and participants got enthusiastic in sharing their views, asking questions and helping others in their issues.

Making The Money "The Diamond Cutter -The Art on Managing Ur Business & Life"

Rosemieen the host of this event also does personal coaching. She is a trained intuitive counsellor and therapist based on various integrative modalities. She is passionate on moderating and promoting self-awareness.
Discussing on "Mental Imprints" and transforming them

What's making the money all about?
Making the money is all about business should be successful. That it should make the money.
This is the first principle and an important one too.

We don't do business for playing.. we do it for a reason, the reason being making money. Some people that feel that money is the root of evil, some belief that making money is hard, some people belief that ..... We each have many beliefs about money, about business. Frequently our beliefs create a block within us to be able to earn more money, to make more of it.

On this first session of group discussion, we talked shared and discussed this.

Every single thing, by itself, is "empty", meaning it neither is good bad positive or negative.
The values of anything we come across, have values to it because we ourself put values to it.
For example: when we buy a property, the property itself is neither bad or good. If we bought it to stay someplace near our work place and it serves its function, we say its a good investment. However, if after we bought it, its value decreases, people might say its a bad property. Something which we would not say as it is still useful to us. So is the property good or bad?
Neither! It just it itself. A property. D value it has is the value we perceive it to be.

The same thing as anything in our life. It by itself is neither good nor bad. We, our perception, our thoughts, feelings give value to it. And the value we give it may differ to that given by another person. Thus, does it mean that one thing has two different values to it?

So what makes some things in our life a "good" experience or a "bad" experience?
Its within ourself! We create our outcome the way life presents to us.
If we perceive it and view it positively then incidents and situations in our life resolves well & we live a fulfilled life.
However, the reverse is also true. When we view it as trouble, problems, negatives.. thats what our situations become and life gives us more of that.

So what do we do? How do we change how we perceive situations to make our experiences a positive one? Is it even possible?

This principle applies both in our personal life as well as work or business.
This is precisely what we discussed.
How we attract good pleasant and more money by first knowing how to wire our minds into positivity. What effects it and how to maneuver our thinking and feeling and our end results!

To manifest anything first we need to shift our mindset. We learnt that during this session!

Seven Negatives Emotion. How to transform them? - Healing Our Life

On November 14 at 7:30 PM
Venue: Zest Cafe

Seven negative emotions..
Seven virtues...
Whats all this about??!

7 negative emotions, how to transform them?
So the four of us discussed on these verbs one by one. How they affect us. What does it mean when we often have these emotions especially the negative ones. Where they come from, as in how did we first "catch" these emotions to start with. And why are we stuck with it? Example.. why do we keep getting angry at every turn, irritated at slightest remark that disturbs us?

What do we do next? So what if we know all these things? What's next? What's the use of it?
That was the point of this event!
We discussed on how to muster it.. what should we do when we have it and how to overcome it.
It was a very interesting topic and discussion.

Rosemieen who hosted this event Seven Negatives Emotion. How to transform them? - Healing Our Life or at Healing Our Life- Seven Negatives Emotion. How to transform them?, also does personal coaching. She is a trained intuitive counsellor and therapist based on various integrative modalities. She is passionate on moderating and promoting self-awareness.

The 7 negative emotions, 7virtues are tag lines used everywhere. Be it the bible, the Quran, spirituality. You will hear them everywhere. You might not remember them when I mention it, but if you think back to the sermons you hear, to the spiritual classes you attend. They all talk bout being good vs bad, good habits vs bad habits.

This is something like that. Only it doesn't give you sermons. It shows you in practical modes on how we go about being more aware, walk into ourselves, and practice good thoughts and behaviours.

Ok ok. Enough of all the background talks.
What the **** is it anyway?? haha. Let's get it out in the open.

The 7 negative emotions involved are "Wrath, Greed, Lust, Sloth, Envy, Gluttony and Pride"
The 7 virtues are "Peace, Generosity, Purity of Intent, Courage, Compassion, Temperance & Humility"
Sounds familiar?

Four Ways Your Darkest Moment Could Be The Beginning Of Your Life Change

By Mark Bowness

Join us at our groups. Click here to get more info!: How To Heal Our Life? Self-Discover

Forced self-intimacyWhen life takes you to the darkest places, absolutely no one around you can understand how you feel or what you are going through. Others may have had a similar experience, but only you can react to your situations the way that you do. During our tough times, we are forced to stare at ourselves eye-ball to eye-ball, as though we are standing in the mirror and gazing deep into our very soul. As we engage in these moments of forced self-intimacy, we make crucial decisions that redefine who we are, what we want and what we are willing to accept or not accept for our lives. It is the choices that we are forced to make, during this dark period, that lay the foundation of our powerful life change.

Blank canvas opportunityWe absolutely take life way too much for granted. Trying to end my life was my awakening moment to this truth. I truly recognized with my head and my heart that we live life only once and so I made a decision to view my life as a blank canvas, to start again and paint whatever picture I so desired for my future. The result was that I created an eco-island business in Fiji that gained worldwide media attention, was filmed for 18 months and became a TV show that aired in the UK, Australia and America on BBC. My darkest moment became my catalyst to pursuing life in all its fullness, and as a result I embarked upon a crazy adventure.

Benchmarked experienceWhen we experience a powerful life situation and nothing feels as though it could get any worse, we have then built a foundation of experience on which to construct the rest of our lives. Nothing could be any worse than trying to take your own life, and so I launched a bold and daring business idea – if I went bankrupt it could never be as bad as non-existence. The tough times that we endure give us a place of reference and offer the motivation to continue. When we realize that we have endured ‘X’, and ‘X’ was horrific and terrible, yet we are still standing–then we are filled with the hope that we can get through the smaller battles each day.
A moment of awakeningThere are times in our lives when everything piles on top of us, and as a result, we make decisions for our lives that are not healthy, nor wise – wrong relationships, poor choices in behaviour patterns, addictions and more. Friends and loved ones may tell us we are on a destructive path, but we don’t listen, as it is a path that brings us comfort in the moment. I truly believe that there are times in our lives that we are given a place to breakdown. It is through this “breaking down experience,” we undergo a powerful transformation, letting go of all that no longer serves us, arriving at a moment of awakening. Now we rebuild ourselves, truly discovering who we are, what we are about and everything that we stand for–from the ground up. These are the powerful moments of true awakening.
During my darkest moment in my life, the only person who may actually have experienced much of what I was going through, was the poor guy who wrote that post on Google. If you are on the precipice as we approach the dawn of this new year, I encourage you to not simply endure your life, but to embrace it.

Stages of Life and Its Journey

In this session we walked through to re-wire the mental imprints (that we have built over the years and our own generations of teaching that we have been predisposed to since birth) necessary for the 7 stages of our life. We went through all the 7 stages of life from birth until the great crossing (better known as death).
We discussed and shared the journeys we go through in each stage and how to successfully cross them with a positive mind-set, drive and overcoming challenges.
Cambridge University: "For evolution to survive, no longer is it the most brute & fierce, but that of the greatest intelligence, the wisest and most co-operative." "You want to escape for awhile, and then return to your world and conquer your enemies. But you must conquer them here, because they are inside you" Alberto V. PhD
I was the host for this session, organized through Meetup, a consultant trainer and trained in intuitive counselling based on various integrative modalities. I am passionate on moderating and promoting self-awareness.
This session took on a very practical, "how to" & "do it" approach.
The comments we had were:
"Good content and delivery. Keep it up." Ricky
"It was interesting, It flips ur brain to find answers. It also reveals alot of things about oneself that surprises and has a new perspective to situations" Adrian
"In the beginning was really blur about the stages, but when go through 7 stages then I can link to each other and it is relevant to our life. Please include me in your FB group" Joanne.
